Hoffman Auto Park West Simsbury, CT

A fifteen acre site improvement project linked to three auto dealerships and two retail stores.  The project included all new parking areas, underground drainage, landscaping, retaining walls and the widening of Route 44 while all of the on-site businesses remained open.
